First, choose a date and time.

Second, select your agency located in the drop down menu and enter your unique agency voucher code. Make sure the date and time are correct and choose the duration needed. Upon request, a reminder may be emailed to you. Complete the personal details; this information needs to be obtained from the person authorized to request training. Complete the contact information and additional information if needed. The rate should read $0. If the rate does not read $0, the voucher code may be expired or entered incorrectly.
