By accessing and using services provided by Northwest Shooter (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including visiting our indoor range, participating in training, or purchasing goods and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and lawful experience for all guests and team members.

1. General Use

Northwest Shooter operates an indoor pistol and rifle range, offers firearms training, retail products, and rental services. By using any of our services or visiting our facility, you agree to:

• Comply with all posted range rules, safety instructions, and staff directives

• Conduct yourself in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner

• Use all firearms, rental equipment, and facilities at your own risk

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Firearms Use Disclaimer

Firearms are inherently dangerous. By entering our facility or participating in training, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily engaging in activities involving the handling and use of firearms

• You assume all risks associated with such activities, including injury, death, or property damage

• You release Northwest Shooter and its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from the use or misuse of firearms on our premises

3. Legal Compliance

• All guests must comply with federal, state, and local firearms laws

• We do not support or condone any criminal activity involving firearms or otherwise

• Northwest Shooter is not responsible for how any individual uses firearms or training received through our services

If we suspect illegal activity or a violation of our policies, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement.

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to any person, for any reason, at any time

• Remove any individual from our premises who is disruptive, unsafe, uncooperative, intoxicated, or otherwise violating our rules or making others feel unsafe

This includes the use of inappropriate language, unsafe behavior, failure to follow instructions, or any conduct deemed unacceptable by Northwest Shooter staff.

5. Training and Instruction

Training is provided by experienced instructors and is intended for education, skill development, and responsible firearm ownership. We make no guarantees about performance outcomes or individual skill development. Participation in training does not confer any law enforcement or legal authority.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for classes, bookings, and services are issued at the discretion of Northwest Shooter and may be subject to a cancellation or administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or those removed for violating these terms.

7. Use of Website & Content

All content on this website is the property of Northwest Shooter and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
